Overview

Residences around Elim Village are set in peaceful surroundings. The open green spaces and beautiful gardens offer year-round opportunity to enjoy the scenery while taking a stroll.

Elim Village offers three types of residences—independent living, assisted living, residential care—and multiple levels of care. Independent living units are sold on a life lease basis. Assisted living suites and residential care rooms are rental based with private pay or publicly funded options. As life’s challenges increase, residents can move from one section of the village to another as needs require.

Every month Elim residents also contribute to the Legacy Fund, designed as a permanent resource for sustainability and charity purposes.
